1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eri-Tech Global Ltd website (“Website”) and any services we provide. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Eri-Tech Global Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 9458116). “You” means any visitor, client or user of the Website. By using this Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Our Services

We provide:

• AI & Content Writing: blog posts, SEO articles, buyer’s guides, technical and B2B content, eBooks and website copy.
• Website Design: new websites, page restructures, website copywriting, responsive design, and launch and handover support.
• AI Automation: content production pipelines, AI prompt systems, workflow design, tool setup and team training.
• Digital Solutions Consulting: digital presence audits, AI adoption strategy, tool selection, brand-awareness campaigns and implementation support.

The service descriptions on this Website are general information, not a binding offer. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement (“Project Agreement”). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement prevails.

3. Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting the contact form or booking a free consultation does not create a contract. A client relationship begins only when both parties accept a Project Agreement and any required deposit is paid.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) as stated in the Project Agreement.
• Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit of 50% is due before work begins and the balance is due on completion, before final files are handed over or a site goes live.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Deposits cover time reserved and work started, and are non-refundable once work has begun, unless the Project Agreement says otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate information, content, logins and feedback on time;
• confirm that you own or have permission to use any material you give us (logos, images, text, data);
• review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period.

Delays in your feedback or materials may extend the timeline.

6. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Project Agreement. Additional revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope, may be billed separately.

7. Use of AI Tools

We use AI tools to support research, drafting and workflow automation. Every client deliverable is reviewed and edited by a person before delivery. You acknowledge that AI-assisted work is part of our process, and that you are responsible for final approval of content before publishing.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your materials remain yours.
• Final deliverables transfer to you once full payment is received, except third-party elements covered below.
• Third-party elements (stock images, fonts, plugins, themes, software, AI platforms and hosting services) stay subject to their own licenses and terms.
• Our methods, templates, frameworks, prompt systems and know-how remain our property. Where they form part of a deliverable, you receive a license to use them for your own business.
• Portfolio use: unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show completed work and the project name in our portfolio and marketing.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Hosting

Websites, automations and tools may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, social media platforms and AI tools. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, price changes or data practices. Domain and hosting fees are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

10. Results

We work to deliver quality outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, followers, leads or sales. Past results shown on this Website are examples only.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s confidential business information private and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Cancellation

Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the total fees you paid for that project.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website. Misuse includes attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content for commercial reuse, or using the Website for unlawful purposes. All Website content, including text, design and branding, belongs to Eri-Tech Global Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied without permission.

15. Links to Other Websites

The Website links to external sites such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept them.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith discussion. If that fails, they will go to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
